Over more than a decade at leading agencies like Ogilvy, R/GA, and Publicis, she honed her craft in brand transformation before joining Netflix to push the boundaries of personalized content discovery. Combining creativity, data-driven insights, and experimentation, Jia is dedicated to crafting experiences that captivate global audiences.
She has a proven track record of transforming brands and delivering impactful campaigns for FMCG leaders like Unilever, Nikon, Citibank, Audi, and Netflix. Her efforts have earned recognition at Clios, Spikes, Effies, AdStars, Promax and other industry awards. Highlights include a behavioral change campaign on sugar consumption achieving an 80% conversion rate in Singapore and a Netflix campaign boosting brand awareness by 50%. Her designs, including ambigrams for suicide awareness, have gained global traction and even appeared in BTS music videos.
In her free time, Jia enjoys exploring culinary adventures and plans her holidays around food. She is also a proud cat pawrent and dreams of opening a cat rescue shelter in the future.
